conditions that lead to the violence of crime, terrorism, civil wars and war in
general.
The United World Federation extends its deepest heartfelt sympathies and
condolences to all those who loose friends and loved ones under such violent
circumstances.
The United World Federation also emphatically condemns all individuals, parties,
organizations and governments that engage in, tolerate or allow the conditions to
exist for the deaths of innocent civilians to continue without the utmost speed and
concern for the eradication of such causes as they exist today.
The United World Federation further regrets and apologizes that in its present
state of organization it is unable to effect the positive change that is necessary to
reduce the loss of innocent lives.
The United World Federation calls upon all people of the world to work towards
world unification in an effort to end the senseless deaths of innocent civilians.
